if they dont have any visible mold on them they should be ok, but i would wait for somebody with a better idea before eating any.

I would dry em and eat em. Looks like verticillium or bacterial blotch. Probably could stand to increase fae and maybe lower humidity and temp on the next round.  I would just dry them well and make tea if you are worried. That would help reduce numbers of bacteria that could be there. 
Thats just what I would do.

What strain btw, ive seen ksss that almost always look like that and they are just fine
