First Grow! Question about colonization...

So I started these jars about a month ago and to me they aren't fully colonized. For this time they were generally between 70 and 80F. Anyway, they seem to have slowed greatly and are having difficulty colonizing the bottom of the jars. What do you guys think I should do? Leave them for another week? Or birth them as is?
Also, in the pictures it seems like there is a lot of water droplets on the outside walls, but no water accumulates. Is this okay?

let them go, they are fine just a little slowed..
the jar in the second pic will finish itself off... the rest could just take a minute.

Cool, I was just concerned because it's been a month and everything I've read has indicated around 3 weeks to get to 100% colonization.

So you think even if it takes another week and a half to get to 100% I should still wait? That would be almost 1.5 months in colonization. Isn't that bad?
