how likely is it that the police will obtain a warrant to search your cell phone if you are arrested for a dui/oui/dwi, assault or drug possession?
Shit I got my apartment raided for a concealed firearm and them illegally going through my phone and seeing drug manufacturing pictures

Firearms and manufacturing makes more sense than dui or possession though.
I never used to have a Lock Screen on my phone until I was stopped one time for “suspicious behavior” and while one was searching me the other went through my phone/pictures.

Would things like a shroomery account, bitcoin wallet, tor, encryption software, encrypted chat, mushroom cultivation teks/pics and or other drug extract/synth teks/pics on the phone lead to a search warrant being issued for your residence?
As long as you have a strong passcode on your phone and not anything like fingerprint or facial recognition enabled to get in its pretty hard/ expensive for them to get in, with 2 of my friends they hired someone to try to get in the phone and they ended up not being able to get in and kinda just forgot about it as far as I know l, they still have my ones friends phone though last I heard and it’s been over a year. Ofcourse they can always go to the manufacturer but that’s only for really big cases I’ve heard.

I've read it.
Is it possible in the future for mRNA vaccines to get boosters that will require royalty payments to a pharmaceutical company for having copyright DNA material in your body.

Vaccines, like all drugs, are patented as formulations. The presence of RNA or DNA within them is irrelevant to the process. Beyond that, I'm not sure what you're asking.

I'm asking that if someone else's intellectual property inside of a person can be considered grounds for royalty payments?

In general? The case you asked about says that one cannot patent an isolated portion of DNA. Also, just because something is patented doesn't mean you must pay royalty.
If you have a specific question based on specific facts, real or hypothetical, ask it. I can't answer you based on the very limited facts you've given me.

There is no DNA material in an mRNA vaccine.
They can get a patent for their vaccine. I don’t think copyrights would apply to the contents of a vaccines. The genetic code in the vaccines is a copy of the naturally occurring viral RNA.

So if someone developed a non copy RNA would that be copyright or would CRISPR genes be subject to copyright

So Spectrum has been raising my monthly internet bill without telling me, even after talking to customer service.
Background info: I just moved to a new place a month ago. My last place I used Spectrum and my new place I use Spectrum.
At my last place, I was supposed to pay $55 per month. At some point they raised it to $79.99 without telling me, and I didn't notice for about one year. This summer, I called them and they lowered it to $64.99. That only lasted a couple months before they raised it back to $79.99 without telling me.
When I moved to my new place a month ago I agreed to pay $35 monthly for Spectrum internet. My internet has gone out intermittently about seven times in the last two days, so while trying to figure out the problem via Spectrum web site I logged into my bank and, lo-and-behold, the fuckers are still charging me $79.99 a month!!!!
This is absolutely ridiculous. I am being robbed. What can I do do get them to stop and charge me $35 like we agreed on???? I plan on calling customer service tomorrow, but what's the point? The first time it helped for two months, then they did it again. Do I need to pursue stronger action?

The first question is: What do you have in writing? Because without something in writing, and with you ignoring it for months....there's not a lot to be done.

I have nothing in writing regarding my new deal I agreed to on the phone with my apartment's Spectrum representative for $35 monthly internet for my new apartment I moved into a month ago. When I had called that number originally to set the agreement up I talked to a girl who said she was filling in for the guy who is the main rep. I just called that same phone today to reach the representative and talk about it; the main guy answered (I recorded this call). I told him that a girl had originally helped me and not him. He tried finding a record of her helping me but couldn't find anything. He said he'll talk to her and call me back. He called back and told me to call customer service...
