Saying what ii am confused. They put the scram bracelet on my wrist for now. The ankle monitoring ppl are going back to court in the morning. I cried but he said it's gonna be alright. They are gonna work with me. I even offered for him to put it back on just to not revoke my bond.so im confused. He came back the 1st time and put a bigger brave around that gave me more room. Then the nurses had him come back n take it off. Then he put the svram bracelet on my wrist.

Sue the fuck out of them... you think they would show you any mercy?
That’s real comforting to know I’m better at diagnosing things than those idiot fucking nurses..through a picture no less, jesus christ.
I don’t know if it would respond, I hear those ankle bracelets can detect if you drink booze but if they won’t take it off I’d dip the things and let it soak in bleach, rubbing alcohol, whatever. Try and get a thick ziploc or trash bag around your skin with the anklet on the outside and submerge it for however long, 30 minutes. Get all that infection killed off the bracelet. There’s no telling what kind of garbage is on there.
I wouldn’t say anything to them about your plans but I would sue them for bills, and whatever they would call your health. Staph kills people, if they want to downplay that they can fuck themselves. That pisses me off man..fuck those people.

Damn dude, that puffiness looks almost like a snake bite.
How long ago was it your body started showing signs that something was wrong?

Talk to a lawyer I guess, maybe one will run with it.
I’m not sure how the funding will work out. Edgar Snyder used to always say “there’s no fee unless we get money for you”.. so you may not need cash upfront.

This already posted to you in private, but figured it would be good to post on thread too, no? In any case..
A friend of mind ordered spore prints from the Free SPore Ring Espana )Spain) and has received a letter from the US Postal International Research Group, stating that the SPAIN gov wants to know if my friend received the letter.
It was sent with tracking by FSPR Espana. My friend has not answered the letter, but is deathly afraid now. Could you please advise? THank you.
We want to explain why this happens. It is long to explain and I will use a translator. I hope you understand each other well. When a certified letter is requested to any country, the postman delivers it under signature to the recipient. In the United States, this is not the case. The letter leaves it in the mailbox. If the letter is delayed and the recipient asks us for the letter, we are the ones who place a claim. The Spanish postal service contacts the United States postal service and checks the status of the letter. As they do not ask for a signature on the delivery, they consult by letter to the recipient if they have received it. We believe that they do it on behalf of the Spanish government to give it importance, but in reality it is a consultation of the postal service requested by us. For shipments to the United States, we recommend regular shipments. They are cheaper and do not give problems. The Postal Service in the United States works very well and the letters arrive without problems.
If a certified letter is requested and a query is received about it, no case should be made. There is no major problem or anything to do with the content.

If the police "lost" the dash cam video showing probable cause for pulling someone over, lets say for a failed license plate light and driving "on the line", and subsequently discovered a state jail felony amount of marijuana (they have the cams showing this) what are the chances of getting that evidence suppressed by calling the legality of the stop into question?
Note, the vehicle was seized and auctioned off for police profit. If the case is dismissed, what are the chances of reimbursement for the seized vehicle?

I was pulled over a few weeks ago by an unmarked state trooper vehicle. I was issued a seat belt ticket.I plead not guilty because ive heard it isn't legal for unmarked vehicles to do V&T. Should I fight it? I live in upstate New York.

I dont think it matters whether they have the dash cam footage or not. If a police officer makes a statement saying he pulled you over for a failed license plate light and driving on the line. And there's not video evidence or a witness that can dispute his statements they are going to believe the police officer.

Suppose you bought from a vendor who sells analogues of scheduled substances. The last time you used them was over 2 years ago, and you threw everything they sent you away 2+ years ago. Then the vendor gets busted, and your name is undoubtedly somewhere in their system.
What do you think is likely to happen, and what is possible?

yea it's okay to run some one over in the USA if they are threatening you in the road and you fear great bodily harm, but if you can just drive around him then do that.

You should say nothing should happen. It's not very likely theyll do anything. But police and the government can basically do anything they want. Earlier this year the local drug task force began harassing me for receiving a legal plant product in the mail because they believed I was somehow manufacturing drugs from it. After 6 months and $5000 in attorneys fees they eventually walked away without charging me because they had no case. But that won't stop them from wasting your time and money if they want to. If someone from higher up where to contact your local task force concerning you (depending on what state you live in) they could very well spend resources on you. Although unlikely.
