Probably not. I suspect that most trial lawyers have better game than the average dude, but that's only a small portion of lawyers. My guess is that overall, lawyers fall within the standard deviation.

I know lawyers generally are more democratic, is it true in your case?
I couldn't answer that. I don't really support democrats or republicans, and tend to think they're both pretty much the same.
Well then, what's your stance on abortion, gun control, etc. I suppose you consider yourself an independent? I've ben interested in politics since I was about 16 or 17. I'm thinking of working for a campaign in this upcoming election
Sorry I'm just curious lol

It's not the client as much as the case. I like cases that go to trial. I like cases that cops tell dubious stories so I can make them look like liars on the stand.

No. There is no general duty to report a crime. Some professions have such a duty, but the general public does not.

I'm in favor of more freedom. This includes freedom to possess guns, freedom to abort a fetus, etc. Does that make me liberal or conservative? I couldn't care less, actually.

I'm assuming you like cases that go to trial cause you get more money? LOL
But no I would probably just say you're more of an independent than anything. If it had to be one of the two parties it would probably be more towards the right. I'm just another right-wing nut lol. I dare the government to take my guns

In criminal matters, I don't charge clients extra for trial. I think it puts too much pressure on the client to take a deal. Besides, I love trial.

In criminal matters, almost always. The only exception are clients I don't really want.

It's not the most lucrative situation most of the time, but crim law isn't a particularly lucrative field anyway.

That depends. Where I worked, PDs made a salary paid by the state, and not a very good one. Some places, attorneys are literally appointed based on who's in the court at the time. PDs make shit, though. My wife made over twice as much as a secretary.
