What if I actually don't serve alcohol, and have people sign a form that states that they are knowledgeable of and will respect a no alcohol policy but turn a blinds eye to everything?

Unfortunately with mushroom photography, if you want the photos to be scientifically useful you are going to have to pick some specimens so the gills and stem are visible...

In the unlikely event it comes up: "No officer, I had no idea what they were. That's why I was taking such detailed photos to identify them by later."

stevo said: Well Ive just had it with my neighbor. Theyve moved in to a residential area centered in a farm and decided that nobody conforms to their standards. Everyone thats visited me says the same thing which is he runs them off the road when they leave and claims to be the mayor, accuses them of wanting to steal his fruit off his trees and then threatens to burn their house down and other types of tough guy shit. He threatens all farmers because he doesnt like farming in his town. To give you an idea of what kind of shitbag he is, the guy has dozens pof feloniess on his record along the lines of the burglary, embezzlement, fraud, b&e and has not served a day in jail. I saw this on the screen because my other neighbors have kids and are scared and it comes up as status: "information" I believe this is snitch status which will explain why everyone in town has had the cops called on them within the first month of this guy moving in.
So the problem I have now is Ive not planted one thing that hasnt been sabotaged by his farm animals. Thats right. His yard is a farm who he thinks the world revolves around. For the last 3-4 years there has not been a day that I dont have to fill holes from his farm animals and clean up chicken, duck, guinee shit off my deck. My dog's near died a few times from eating a small amount of duck poop. They have lice. And it gives them an excuse to come over here despite my no trespassing signs. Since they are buttbuddies with the police Im wondering what I can do about getting rid of these things. If 200 ducks swarm my house can I trap them, kill&eat them, or what? This is one of the times Ive tossed the idea of calling the man, but wont because the police are scumbags here and he oobviously has invincibility status. Any ideas on how I could DIY style get rid of these farm animals and their satan worshipping owners?
Sorry about the long post but my garden is my only survival means that hasnt been stolen yet.
Good fences make good neighbors. Build one.
As far as the "information" status, that just means that he was charged with an information instead of an indictment. It has nothing to do with being an informant.

There are ways to help shield you from civil liability, but the only way for you not to be held criminally liable for serving alcohol to minors is to not serve alcohol to minors. The only way for you to avoid being held criminally liable for contributing to the delinquency of minors is to not contribute to it.
For civil liability, you aren't liable for the actions of others, so unless someone gets hurt on the property as a result of a hazard on the property or your actions, you're not liable. That doesn't mean that you won't be named in the suit.

So January of last year I was terminated from my job for complaints made against me alleging I had entered false information into a computer based on when I had visited these people. Its now over a year later, and a FDLE Investigator contacted me and said he wants to meet with me in person to discuss this. I have a few questions regarding this.
1. Should I even agree to meet with him?
2. Having been over a year ago, can I really be expected to recall exactly what happened?
3. I have a feeling I'll be recommended to hire a criminal defense attorney, is this something I should do only if I've been officially charged with something, or could there be benefit to hiring one preemptively. ( some people have told me that good criminal attorney's can work different things out with DA attorney prior to case even being heard, not sure how true this may be).
4. Any recommendations on how to go about selecting a criminal defense attorney? There seem to be thousands that service my area.
Any info appreciated. Thanks

I have no idea what possible crime is being investigated, based on the sparse facts you presented, but if you're being interviewed by law enforcement, you shouldn't be answering any questions.
As far as an attorney, you don't necessarily need one to not answer any questions. If you're arrested, you need one. An attorney can work a deal early in the process, but there won't be a deal before an arrest. At this point, I would try contacting lawyers so you're ready if you need one.
As far as a criminal defense attorney, ask them about how many years they've practiced and approximately how many criminal cases they've handled. Ask how many they've taken to trial. Also ask if they've ever served as a DA or public defender. Either is good.

No. Waste of your time and theirs. And makes it more likely that you stick in their memory. With any luck they forget about you / decide that there is not enough information to press criminal charges.
I suggest not even answering their phone calls. No good can come of it, and plenty of harm can.

Yup. That's pretty much the definition of an "accomplice".

What if the advice is given over the internet and the adviser is geographically separated from the advisee? On wikipedia it says an accomplice is present at the crime vs. an accessory who is not. Is there much difference in terms of potential charges penalties, or I am just misunderstanding the law?
