Why would it be illegal to sell items to a country where they are legal. Assuming it's legal from the point of origin as well..

Maybe it's illegal to sell on a market where illegal items are sold? I don't know....was just curious. I'll wait for an answer from the pro

By all means, but unless there's some illegality tied to selling on the dark web directly, can't really see how it'd be illegal. Illegal shit is sold on craigslist all the time, doesn't make it illegal to do legitimate business there.

In Texas if someone has a juvenile adjudication (that was completed) does that prevent them from being able to buy a firearm? Record not legally sealed, as I haven't went through the paper work, but I was never found guilty or whatever, was just adjudicated. It was for a felony offense.

A juvenile adjudication isn't a criminal conviction, so it shouldn't be an issue.

So then there's really no chance if I went to buy a firearm and filled out the paperwork the background check would come back and say "no"?
I do have other crimes on my adult record but no felonies and nothing violent.

Can you give any instances in which it would? or would it just be one of those fluke things?
A second question if you will, what happens if you try to apply but are denied? are you just denied to do cops swarm in for you trying to buy a firearm "when you know you can't"? That second part is the only part that has ever kept me from trying. I don't know the letter of the law and was too afraid that in and of itself would get me jail time.

There are plenty of reasons you could be turned down initially, and no...They don't arrest you. Each state has it's own criteria, and sometimes each county.
Mental health issues and drug issues often result in being denied.

Drug issues to what extent if you can give a round about answer? One of my 2 adult charges is possession of marijuana of less than a gram (other was criminal mischief)
Just trying to get as much information as possible before I finally try.

Depends on how conservative the area is. Anything indicating addiction can result in a denial.

Hi Enlil,
I've been wondering, are LEO's allowed to bluff about having a warrant or present one incompletely? I'm trying to educate myself on my rights and one tip is to ask to see the warrant if they claim to have one. If they do present one, does a suspect have any right to further confirm the warrant - like call up the courtroom or judge before they go busting in? Or can they just flash a warrant that's 99% complete because someone might not know the difference and push their entry? Maybe missing a signature or something? How does one know when a warrant is legit?

Whether there is a warrant is something to be determined in court...not at your house. You can't stop them from searching even if it's an illegal search. The key is to not consent but not resist.

What can you tell me about 4-AcO-DMT's legality status? I want to know if it is legal to buy and possess. I live in Malta. Even if you can't find laws in my country, it would be nice to tell me if it is legal in the US.
