In your opinion, would it be enough to have a warrant served based on posting mushroom grows (with pictures) here on this forum from either my home IP address or the IP address that is not my home IP address?
Maybe. If your posts left the impression that you were currently growing at home, and the posts were timely...
Correct me if I'm wrong here Enlil, but won't the IP addresses not be factored in?
The police would need to get logs from the server to know that a specific IP address is associated with a specific username, and to my knowledge the Shroomery has never turned over any logs to the police. Of course, you could still be possibly raided just from knowing the username was associated with a specific person at a specific address, but I don't think the IP would come into play.

I've sometimes heard that you can be arrested for DUI even if you are below the legal limit, and I'm curious about this. Is this the case? If so, what is the function of the legal limit?
Oh, and one more, how does a public intoxication charge work? Like, do you have to be a certain amount intoxicated, or how is it decided that you are too intoxicated to be walking around? Is it just up to the judgment of the cop?

A lot of pharmacies have huge posters up right now informing about the changes. Not only are they moving to schedule 2, but I guess there's some special type of prescription form that the doctor has to fill out every time. Schedule 2 means no refills, by the way. Doctor has to write a new script every time, AND you have to physically visit him in order to do it. You can't just have him fill one out without going in. And then ontop of that there's this new form they have to use, and I guess that has to be hand delivered or something. Go to your local pharmacy, they probably have a sign with more info.
Also, it has no relation to 9/11.
Sorry to clutter up your thread enlil, carry on.

I think certain places have stopped asking about prescriptions. About 8 years ago, I remember they all asked, but I went in for a job related drug test recently and there wasn't anywhere on the form to put prescription medications.
I thought maybe I missed it and worried about a schedule 2 med showing up, but I passed the drug test just fine. I wonder now if maybe they check your medical record or something. It might be available on some kind of online system. Or maybe I just got lucky. Job didn't end up working out for unrelated reasons though.

I take issue with the word "all" here. During slavery, there were more slaves in the south than white people. The slaves did not consent but the white people still had power.

I know that there is some kind of requirement for lawyers to have good moral character or be law abiding or something like that, but how does it actually work? What legally defines something like "good moral character?"

Assuming that you have a pill bottle on you, but you also have some of the same pills from the bottle inside of a pill cutter which is also on your person, would this be a problem if a cop found them? As in, do the pills have to be contained within the bottle in order to avoid any legal problems?
I assume the answer is that they have to be in the bottle, but just want to check.

Schedule 2 in this case. Must be actually inside the bottle?

I drilled rather large and deep holes into the walls of my apartment in order to mount my TV to the wall. This is almost certainly against my rental agreement, but I'm not concerned with that. I don't care about keeping my deposit or getting kicked out. My concern is this: can they sue me for damages?
Thanks!

Unless the employer and job is specifically exempt from social security.
Sorry, couldn't resist.
