Pink Buffalo Monotub

Thought I'd share a few pictures from a Pink Buffalo monotub. A friend of mine gave me a quart jar and I g2g that quart to 6 quart jars. The substrate was coir/verm/gypsum. Its been awhile since I've grown a cube that wasn't P.E. but I thought I would give them a go.

Sorry,That P.E. pic is out of place.I don't want to go back through all that code to delete it Thanks for checking out my tub

very nice PB tub. really outstanding.
in a perfect world, I would grow a majority of PE with a 'standard' cube thrown in for variety.
right now Pink Buffalo is my choice for the 'standard' cube. a very civilized and well behaved Southeast Asian variety ... as your tub shows.

I perfer to spend my time/efforts on P.E. but a friend passed a quart down to me and I figured I might as well expand it out and fruit it. I'm happy with it

what is so great about PE in your experience? I'm not being judgemental or critical either. I'm thinking about giving them a go. Sorry this is sorta off topic.
Did you add anything else besides Coir/verm/gypsum? coffee? nutritional yeast, lake/spring h2o,? just curious since your obviously a pro. Nice work!
I'm about to do my first run at grain with GT in a similar fashion as you did, so I thought I would ask if anything else was used.? patching? Cheers

Its great to see a nice monotub like that. Ive noticed alot of shit grows in MC lately. That tub looks quite big too
Im wondering did you let this tub consolidate after full colonization?

That is some serious myco porn man.... I definitely got a semi.
Nice flush, definitely worthy of cloning if it wasn't a isolated culture already. Im a big fan of PB too, been cultivating them for the last three years or more. Made my day op

P.E.= Potent as hell
Coir/verm/gypsum was all I used on this tub man. No casing was used either.I let it colonize and waited to see a few pins them open the tub up to fruiting conditions.
I'm no pro man by far I still consider myself a newby but thanks for the compliment made my day

The tub is a 66 qt. Yes, I let it consolidate. I don't fruit until I see a few pins starting to pop up. That way I know it's ready to go.
