Too Much Solution to Innoculate?
    #1590807 - 05/29/03 10:16 PM (14 years, 1 month ago)

I was just wondering if it was possible to use too much spore solution to innoculate jars? I came across a surplus of good solution that I don't wanna waste and wanted to make sure I couldn't screw something up by shooting too much. Thanks

Yes. Too much water can be a bad thing. More spores may be good to an extent, but too much water is a bad thing. Instead of using it all on one, and wasting it all, use it all on a few and not waste any.

How much is too much? I was thinking about making 5 holes per jar (4 around the edges and 1 in the center) and shooting ~.5cc into each hole. Will that be too much?

my boss at work does 4 holes around the edges and shoots 1/2cc into each hole when doing brf jars so you should should do just fine =)

good luck and happy growing!

Thanks again. Some of my supplies are coming in the mail within a few days and I have some now. So I should start my grow within the week.
