Cobweb mold in grow bags preinoculation- can I PC again & use?

So I was experimenting with a new sub paper mix, pc'ed it for 2 hours because of grain, let it cool like normal and the bags were presealed...the filters on the bags stayed dry. I did this about 4 days ago, got side tracked and now just getting ready to spawn. I noticed 3 of my bags have cobweb mold on the surface (just the top, not sides) and smell of moldy paper.
The questions not necessarily what happened, but rather can I pc them again & then spawn them? The mold is faint. Normally if I were to have a contam, out in the trash it'd go....but these have yet to be spawned and the molds just started. Any thoughts? I'm going to pc them tomorrow afternoon, but am I doing this out of vane?
The contam should die the second go round? Would the rye turn to mush in the bags if pc'ed again? Who has done this before? Ideas are great, but experience would be appreciated. I've got reishi, oysters, pan. luminescent and lions mane growin...the bags would be used for one of those strains. Tonight I'm spawning a bunch of reishis to cardboard and making a wbs master #2.

This thread was moved from Advanced Mycology.
Reason: Fits better here.
2 hours might be too short for grain bags, I usually go 4.
PC'ing again would turn them into mush.

Unfortunately I don't think that would do much good. While it is possible for certain bacteria to survive the PC due to there ability to form endospores, mold is easily killed and at temps far below even boiling. Since you did not inoculate yet there is a very good chance you have a hole in your bag somewhere.

Dactylium Dendroides (aka: cobweb mold) is killed when exposed to 115-122 degrees for only a half hour.
As to the cause...upon further inspection I noticed I had not completely impulse sealed the corners where my bags bunched a little.

Do you really pc your grain for 4 hours? I've always considered my 2 hours at 15psi to be a little excessive. Contamination that I have encountered has been because of user error, such as this.
