A+ Albino and Penis Envy not colonizing.

Hi there fellow cultivators,
Long time user, first time post. I've had many successful grows using the PF tek method with the PES Hawaiian strain and decided to try something new for a change. I picked up A+ Albino and Penis Envy strain from thehawkseye.com and inoculated 12 1/2 pint jars, half with each respectively.
It's been 6 days since inoculation and I can't spot a single sprouting of mycelial growth anywhere on any of the 12 jars and am starting to get worried that they won't take. The only noticeable physical change on the inoculation sites seem to be a slightly dark discoloring of the areas where the solution seeped over. Is this something that's normal with certain pscilocybe strains?
However, there is something that I should mention that may or may not have had a hand in this issue. The jars were all new for this grow op, so I had freshly drilled holes into the lids on inoculation day assuming that the spore syringes had the same needle diameter as the one I always used. Unfortunately, when it came time to inject the spores into the substrates, I had realized all too late that the diameters were about twice the size of the holes I had drilled. In an effort to salvage the work and keep the project going, I performed some post-sterilization drilling into the lids to fit the new syringes. I doused the drill bit and nose of the power tool in isopropyl alcohol in hopes of minimizing possible contamination and even wiped the lids after drilling before injections. Though it might have, I hope this hasn't adversely affected their performance.
I appreciate any help and advice you guys are willing to offer. Thanks!

I suppose that's possible. The drill bit did come into contact with the substrate on just about all of them. I didn't think it could ruin the entire substrate though. I guess I'll just have to keep observing for now. Thanks for the reply.
