I have had weak hits too, in fact most of the hits I have bought I would consider to be of relatively weak potency, you just have to eat more. It can definitely be frustrating, especially in my case at 10$ per tab.. when you have to drop 4-6 to get decent visuals.. I mean.. 
But the LSD trip itself is very much worth it, I just wish I could drop 1 hit and be done like "the good ole' days" I keep hearing about.

I've been in your situation for quite some time, until this last Wednesday, then my whole perspective on LSD changed. You'll get it man don't worry, it'll come around. I know that sounds like bullshit and I thought the same thing, but it's not. It will come around, or just take a wild dose of weak shit.

You know what really sucks, is that people are greedy bastards and do not put the amount that should be on blotters these days, IF it is real LSD. Back in the late 80's early 90's it was about 150-250mcg per hit. average was 150. *sigh* Sorry just an old dog here reminiscing about how if I took just 2 hits that was just crazy! I hear about these people taking ten strips and it just blows my mind to even conceive that. Greedy bastards! money grubbing fucks!

i feels, I know eventually its gonna happen cause one day ill just eat like 10 hits.
I do love the naturals, I doubt any RC could ever replace psilocybin for me. but I do like to explore different drugs. Hell, without that experimental mentality I wouldnt have discovered psilocybin or any psychedelics at all.

It's hard to say man. Ive had very strong blotters where two people could fly by splitting one in half. THEN my other buddy had to take 3 of them to feel ANYTHING. That would be the equivalent of 6 hits of the "average liquid around here"
Just drop some cash on a stash and start munching away.
Keep trying though cuz it's worth it

Blame William Leonard Picard for getting locked up in the '90s. Nowadays, most LSD manufacturers are street chemists who do it in their basements with supplies they borrow or steal from universities.
I believe the low potency is due to fear of risk factors, amateur chemists, as well as the availability of supplies. So, the result is: inflation of prices, decrease in quality.
The reason LSD was so pure/available and cheaper in the 90s, etc. is because one guy(picard) who knew his shit, was supplying practically half the globe. Now that he's locked up, and shit, well...you know.
Shit sucks. I wouldn't worry, though. There's been more of a demand for Lucy of late, less of a demand for harder drugs(due to people seeing the potential damage they can bring I believe), so I think in the coming decade we'll see a resurgence.
Then again, I could just be talking out my ass. Don't quote me on that. Only time will tell. This is just what I've gathered/seen so far.

Thats interesting to think about. I'm not sure if I agree or not. I was kinda thinking that the demand for lucy was in a steady decline. I was thinking that since there is less around for the kids to eat up and fall down the hole. And slowly the doses torch get passed onto the younger crowd. But they are to busy eating up all these new designer drugs. And this 25x stuff. I routinely wonder what place LSD will have in ten years from now.
Oh boy do I hope that it has a strong revival. I do know that it will always have a place though.

Salvia is popular because it is widely available, short-lasting, crazy as fuck, and legal.
I wouldn't classify it as a recreational drug. And I have yet to find any RCs on the streets myself. In fact, I hadn't even heard of them until someone on the internet told me about them.
There will be a place for LSD IF it's available. There is a huge market for mushrooms after all. People want to trip, that's for sure.
It's mainly the availability of materials and chemical knowledge that prevents most dealers from manufacturing it. I'd been wanting to try it forever myself, for example, but no one knew where to get it, and half the time it never occurred to me. Then I got lucky, and came across a dealer selling it for 10 bucks a hit.(was not a worthwhile experience, that one hit, but I did manage to find it, but never again)
They'd rather make meth, heroine, or mdma, because it's easier, and they can't be charged with manslaughter.(yup, you heard me right, in the USA at least, selling LSD is manslaughter...somehow. Stupid law.)
It's also more difficult to cut LSD with other chemicals, making it not the most novel drug for the aspiring douchebag drug dealer.
I believe that in due time, a market will pick back up. We just need another Picard to supply us with it, or it needs to be legalized for medicinal use.(hell, if Russia can do it, so can we! Damn those republicans.)
EDIT: another thing to note is that in the 60s-70s and even in the 80s, people were looking to expand their minds, increase creativity, or have profound spiritual experiences. Nowadays, people just want to get high, more often then not, a quick high, and mainly as a pick me up or to escape their boring and depressing lives. They don't care much for tripping, especially in the hustle and bustle of today's world.
But hey, they got that new age bullshit craze now, and people seem to be going through changes in thinking, and ways of looking at things again, so who knows?

Not true at all man. Pickard produced a lot, but he was far from the only/biggest producer. Most of his L went overseas anyway. Do a Shroomery search and you'll come up with all kinds of info about the topic.

Yeah the whole lysergic acid thing seems to be a good obstacle for the clandestine chemist. I know in my circles we get RC's on occasion. Only like 2CE and 2CB. And of course ecstasy pills that I'm guessing are packed with all sorts of different shit since half my friends always have really bad roll experiences.
Just so ya know, selling or making acid doesn't result in a manslaughter charge. If you can find me a case where someone was charged with manslaughter, without anyone actually dying then I stand corrected. I know back in the 90's it was different but I think nowadays LSD isn't any worse than other drugs to be caught with. As far as the felonies. If you got busted with a jar of E or a sheet of L, i doubt the penalties would be that much different. I could be wrong though. I know some people get sketched out selling acid. And they should be since it's so powerful. Ive dealt with a decent chunk of acid over the years and I have always been selective of who I give it to. Ive never wanted to be a catalyst to someone having a bad trip. That's why I'm not a dealer. Not cut out for it. I wish I had what it took to sell lots of doses. I help all my friends out so I consider that enough
