Mushrooms growing while jars are still colonizing

Ok, so about half of my jars are consolidating while the other half is finishing colonizing. However, two of the jars that are still colonizing have literal mushrooms growing while they are still in the jar. One of them is already over 2 inches long. So my questions are...
1. Do I let the jars fully colonize before I proceed to the next step? 2. Since mushrooms are already growing, should I still dunk? Or just put right in the fruiting chamber? 3. Finally, I have pins in most of my jars. About how long will it take to harvest when I put them in the FC, baring any unforeseen issues.
Thank you all for your help. This community is extremely helpful and I am grateful for everything.

Move them the darkest place you can think of Cut of any Fae jars have (tinfoil works), finish colonizing And wait a few days Cakes will fall apart if you dunk em right now.

Ok I planned on letting them full consolidate. Should I pick the mushrooms before I dunk or will it be fine to leave them on?

I would leave them man. I've had mushrooms grow in vitro before, it's always pretty funny to see. They'll probably be too crusted in vermiculite to be appetizing.

Thanks everyone I really appreciate it. I think I'll just leave them on and see what happens. As long as they're still able to take me on a journey, I'm not too worried how they look. Thanks again!

Ok so now I have some serious mushrooms growing in my jars. All but a tiny little bit at the bottom have fully colonized. Would it be alright to just put them in the fruiting chamber after a heavy misting, let it fully fruit, then start with the dunking process? I know it helps increase the size of the fruits but at this point I just want whatever the cakes want to give me? Or, am I just being impatient?

at this point its whatever you feel.
if you want to birth them to the FC and let them go then dunk after the first flush, do so..
if you want to let them finish, then dunk, then fruit.. do that..
its a toss up of what you wanna do... if you do birth, be sure to remove those uncolonized spots, no matter how small.

So I birthed them since they have been colonizing for 6 weeks now and they had a bunch of actual mushrooms growing inside the jar already. When I took them out of the jar and tried to remove a few small spots at the very bottom that weren't white, it was rock hard. I could not remove it without damaging the entire cake. Is this alright?
