Pics help us figure out what's going on. Could be a number of things, what's the RH in your fruiting chamber? Temperature? Is there any hypnal knotting or anything like that going on? Or just myc

Trays are rye with the 50/50 coir Verm casing. Fan 3/4 times a day shotgun fruiting perlite stays moist but not saturated. Light from cfl 8-12 hours per day. Noticing some tiny pins in one tray none on cakes 4 trays of nothing but myc. All sfc are the same with same care.

waiting is the name of the game friend, as long as your not seeing signs of contams everything should be ok. the shroomys are just taking their time.

Did you dunk the cakes for at least 18 hours? I would raise the humidity. What's the temp?

Well I would get the humidity up, get the temp at a steady 72-76. Try re-dunking for 12 hours and then introduce to FC. You got pics of the FC? Or what type are you using?
