im using a grow box and its set up in the chamber and all that and i humidify it by spraying bottled water out of a spray bottle is there any chance that there could be contaminants in the spray bottle. o and i spray each side of the chamber i dont have a drip shield though, that wont fuck up the mycelial network will it ?

i suggest using distilled water mixed w/ peroxide at a ratio of 20:1

Listen to chineseguy and don't spray the cakes directly and you'll be fine.

they arent cakes its a ready to use grow box i guess its like a casing in a plastic tub inside of the grow chamber
two more questions
1 i always put fresh bottled water in the water sprayer should i put just a litte tiny bit of peroxide ,like maybe fill up the cap that goes on the peroxide botle and dump that into the sprayer bottle whith the sprayer filled up half waywith the bottled water
2 and how often should i spray in there


ps i already got mycellium comin up the sides of it, pure white andi just got it three days ago

20:1, 10:1, bah....

Just dump some water and peroxide in the bottle and your good to go. Off the shelf 3% h2o2 will not harm mycellium so there is no need for precise measurement.
