golden enoki

i just want to share my golden enoki grow with everyone. anyone who grow them and have any advise please share with me. thank you john.
substrate: 4 cups of large oak chip 8 cups of straw(oat) 1 pint coffee 1 tablespoon of gypsum
pc for 2 hr @15 psi inoculate with 1 pint of spawn incubate for 5 weeks fruited out door @ 35-40f night temp 50-65f day temp
this is the first block. i was not expecting pinning all around the block. harvest was 5oz
  
this is the second block. i remove the bag and put inside larger bag for co2 build up. once the stem has elongate i roll the bag down and increase light for larger cap and darker color. harvest was 8oz.

Are these from wild you found? I found about two pounds last fall and have lots of good spore prints. This is going to be one of my next grows as I really enjoyed them. I have a bag of oak wood pellets I think I'll try these on, maybe with some bran mixed in. Very encouraging, I thought these may of been more difficult to grow.

those are store bought tissue clone. the wild one maybe a little bit larger. give it a try.

nice to see such a successful enoki grow! I love the look of those shiny primordia clusters and hope harvesting the second block didn't take too long.
