Aussie and wbs?
    #1582152 - 05/27/03 06:53 PM (13 years, 6 months ago)

This is my first try at wbs (6t's wbs tek).  I knocked up six jars of EQ and six of Aussie.  I knocked up the Aussie one day earlier than the EQ and have seen almost no signs of colonization (four jars I see nothing and two have the beginning of a small small small myc spot) whereas the EQ seems to be doing quite well.  I was wondering if Aussie is known as a slower colonizer?  It also looks like the wbs is mushy in the Aussie jars (almost like the FAQ pics of sour rot, but it also looks like it might be just extra moisture) how long does it take for sour rot to show up? :smirk:

The one not doing well might be a weak or bad syringe. They should be about equal in colonization.

Aussie strands appear to be relatively unknown on shroomery and google in fact. Does anybody know anything else from this strand? From what I have experienced, they seem to be less potent strands of p. cubensis. If anybody has more information, please reply on this strange strand.
