    #15818865 - 02/16/12 01:45 PM (11 years, 11 months ago)

My friend is growing 1/2 pint brf cakes and keeping them in the jar.  He's birthing them on the next grow, but for now, can he harvest the fully developed fruits growing on the bottom of the jar?  Or does their over sogginess affect their potency?

Thanks a ton,

Fruiting insde the jar is not a good thing. The fruits that would develop would push around inside the jar and on the bottom and would soom become a problem. As the jar would lodge and get stuck, there would be no way to get those fruits out.

This sogginess is exactly the reason why he should take the cakes out. The cakes need a lot of fresh air and the fruits need that too. It wont affect potency at all, except if the fruits rot.
