To activate any organisms and stuff in the substrate im using I hear if you soak them in water for like 24 hours before use, the endospores will activate and be alot easier killed in the steralization process. Im looking to do a basic BRF tek double end verm tho. And I dont know if I will have access to a pressure cooker, so I might just boil the jars for a hour or more. But if there are things that can increase my chances to fight contams for cheap, im all about it. Thanks in advance.
