First off, LAY OFF THE CAPSLOCK. That shit is annoying and hard to read.

Second, no. They are not Panaeolus subbalteatus. Pan subbs have black gills. I'm thinking you have Marasmius oreades. Take a spore print.

I agree with Gumby that those look like Marasmius oreades.

Here's how you can tell for yourself. Look for these features:

1. Cap 1-2 inches wide, smoth, minutely suedelike; light tan with slightly darker central knob, or umbo.
2. Gills white or yellowish white, well spaced, slightly attached to stalk or free.
3. Stalk 1.5-3 inches high, pale yellow to light tan, slender, minutely suedelike, very pliable; no ring, veil, or volva present.
4. Found on lawns.
5. Spore print white to light tan.

To be sure of the identification you must check all five sets of features. If anything disagrees, then they're something else.

If you check those and they're Marasmius oreades, then yes they're edible.

Do not skip any of those checks. They are designed to reject some poisonous species that look a lot like these.

Happy mushrooming!
