40 mono tub producing 4oz dry = 160 oz = 10 lbs dry in first flush alone! That'd be a nice monthly income (that is if it was legal )

Did monos 1st with success. Switched to greenhouse and had success on first flushes. Contam'd after 1st. I was rotating new trays. Think I didn't clean it as much as I should. A lot of noise from Coolmist, ore electricity and maintance (then expected). Switched back to tubs. My opinion.

Well, I have the greenhouse semi setup, I will be working on the plumbing next week. I birthed some bulk cakes that were invitro pinning last night and they already have some growth.

Its simple... you need these things...
two 5 gallon buckets... pond fogger from Lowe's... aquarium heater... toilet flush valve... ice maker hookup with the tap valve for cold water line... timer... bathroom sink drain spout... flexible tuning that will fit the drain spout... AC case fan from Radio shack...
Cut the bottom off one of the buckets and turn it upside down placing the other bucket on top of it... tap them together... drill a hole through the bottom to install the toilet valve. Drill a hole in the side for the drain tube, connect the flex tube to it. Cut a hole in the lid for the fan to sit on... put the heater in, hook up the water line, and presto... you have a self filling ultrasonic humidifier!!! Put it on a timer...

Yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing the build for that in a little more detail either.

You sir, are awesome....
Not to be ungrateful but a little more detail or a photo of how exactly you installed the toilet flush valve would be greatly appreciated...
I'm guessing the fan is just to add fresh air and how do you integrate the "pond fogger"?
A detailed step by step would make my YEAR!
THANK YOU!!!!

The beauty of a monotub is in its carefree way of growing.
You seriously spawn and forget.
Not only will it cost you less, it requires no energy and is completely reusable.
