You could put a little peroxide in the water of any floating type incubator. Check out Alien's tek.

If you use the fish tank heater, just beware of increased humidity in your jars. Make sure you use peroxide or some other disinfectant in the water becuase it gets kinda nasty after a while, and you might want to save a little water off of the substrate mixture to counter the humidity from the aquarium.
