Coprinus species, aka inky cap. The gills are tightly packed like the pages of a book, typical of Coprinus. Not hallucinogenic.

The others got it first.

That's a Coprinus. The "patches of mycelium" on the cap are remains of universal veil.

If you give it a few hours you'll probably end up with a puddle of inky slime instead of a mushroom.
