These are ten of my favourite techno tracks from the constantly evolving playlist I use when I'm shrooming:
Artist is listed first, then track title. This music is mostly from the late 90s and early 2000s, so maybe it's a bit "old school" but still very good.
Nitrogen / Let it Ride
Rapoon / Tell Charlene
Richard H Kirk / With False Identity
Surgeon / Krautrock
Anders Ilar / Black Number
Arctic Hospital / Gift Horse
System 7 / Alpha Wave (Plastikman Acid House Mix)
Neil Landstrumm / The Glasvegas Experience
Caustic Window / The Garden of Linmiri
And finally, if you really want a "song" with some lyrics -
Underworld / Pearls Girl
Of those tracks, Tell Charlene always sounds good on shrooms. Maybe it's the sample where the girl says in a dreamy voice "And at the same time we partook of a certain kind of, ah, you might say mysticism."
With False Identity is a great track to hear as you are coming-up on the shrooms, although it freaks me out slightly.
The Garden of Linmiri is an amazing track for the peak of mushroom trip, it sounds like the end of the world. Caustic Window is actually a pseudonym of Aphex Twin, and even on mushrooms you can't help wondering what he was on when he made that track.

I love the first disc on David Waxman Presents: Ultra Electro. If you roll, give this shit a listen, I especially love the mix of Royksopp's "What Else Is There?"

You've just reminded me of an Eat Static track that I'd been meaning to positively identify for a while. It had a sample in it "like a flying saucer" and I originally heard it on some weird cassette I taped off a friend years ago. The tape featured trance tracks mixed alongside a faint country & western song (!) that you could hear in the background throughout the whole tape.
I heard Eat Static play this track live but I still didn't know what it was because I only had one of their albums.
A rather curious website called Fusion Anomaly informs me that the track is called Implant. So you can add
Eat Static / Implant
to the list, although that would be more like psytrance I suppose.
Nice trippy track though!
And then all of a sudden....it was gone

Hi,
I had gone through the post that was posted by Aldebaran, one of the members of the forum. The song that was indicated in the forum "like a fling saucer" is very interesting and is one of my favorites. I would like to thank for promoting the site. The website Fusion Anamoly was very exiting and enjoyable.
