I have read that people do inoculations in the oven to keep contams off but i could not find a temp to put the oven at dose any one know the temperature to do this method at??

I have never tried this oven tek myself, but I have read enough posts from others claiming that it is worthless. Would be much better off making a glove or still air box. Hopefully your previous contams were due to airborne spores and this should help. Although, I am certainly no expert but if your having problems with your jars not fully colonizing I think that it might be more to do with how the jars are prepared, maybe too wet.

Oven tek is worthless as far as I know. I haven't even seen anyone mention it for years. What you could do though is make a still air box which is basically just a box with holes in it, pretty simple to make. You wet down the sides and bottoms of it. As contaminant spores land on the wet surface they become trapped so after about 10 minutes the air in the box is free of contaminants as long as the air stays still.

Let them drain for a few hours before loading up your jars. I dont personally use WBS but I'm sure there are plenty of legit teks on here of how to prepare jars with them.
