There is an unfortunately steep increase in its likelihood as they can transfer across the (now) hydrated point of GE.

My condolences.

yeah, that was my feeling although ive never contamed so i guess i have it coming. some jars actually broke during the fall, thank the lord it wasnt any lc's. clean up nightmare that would have been. jars are insanely durable.

If it was me, I would probably just let it go, assuming you wouldn't need the jar to make a new one, worst thing that could happen is it proves your fears right and contaminates... Maybe get lucky, at least get one use out of it. That's why I love my Tyvek.

Don't toss it yet, though.  Let it continue to do it's thing then noc up a couple of test jars.

Good luck!

how would that not have been an issue with tyvek? eazyfelt is functionally equivalent to sfd or tyvek, now with polyfill i probably would be dead in the water 4 sure. it just sucks because this is a strain i dont really have access to and i didnt print.

Tyvek does not absorb, nor allow to pass, liquid water. Get one of those envelopes at the post office and dump a glass of water into it.

I don't know a lot about the EZ Felt other than it's the same material as Poly-Fill...

It might be OK if it dries out quickly. Usually it is only when it is whet that something can grow through it.

I would make another LC with your LC only using a few drops.

It is also A good idea to make more than 1 lc.
