psilocybe tampanensis problems?

I have a small tray of psilocybe tampanensis in a dub-tub. I have been attempting to fruit it for 9 days now and I have yet to get any pins.
its from a g2g I did about 3 month's ago. from a ms injection to rye grass seed. that I did maybe 4-6 months ago that when I cased the remainder of that jar I pulled the first flush after the 10th day. second about a week later and third produced 1cap.
the original jar was simply broke up covered with some potting soil faned once a day and watered as needed. I didn't care just wanted prints.
but this jar was finished for a month in the incubation chamber 73-76°F then forgotten about in my fridge crisper for about a month.. but I have read that that is fine.
when I found it about a week ago I was ecstatic. so I got some local spring waters let it cool in the fridge overnight then filled the jar to the top and put it back in the crisper for about 10 hours.
after I got cleaned up and everything I sterilized a pyrex brownie tray wiped it down with iso alcohol. crumbled up the seed with a fork and covered it with saturated Sphagnum moss.
I don't do a case run with these because they will overlay quick and they continue to grow for a few days anway, lightly colinizing the casing. and from the observations I made before the seem to prefer to push through the casing rather than form on top of the casing
I mist twice daily and fan 4-6 times. it looks healthy I'm hoping for some beutiful prints. but I was reading some grow logs an I read about people cold shocking these. is this necessary? can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? should I just wait give up start over? I was really wanting to post pics by now..

Absolutely NOT.

Sure. You're being impatient.

What is a "case run"? I've never had overlay issues with P. tampanensis.

thanks that's kinda what I wanted hear. case run is a suggestion made in "the mushroom cultivatior" basicly it says you should case, then run thw spawn for 3-5 days before introducing light and fae. but for some reason when I do that and remove it at 20% it continues to grow to 60-80% blocking water on top even with ample fae so I just case and throw in fc.
