Is it to late to case BRF cakes?
    #15757107 - 02/03/12 06:04 PM (12 years, 11 months ago)

On wed. I birthed a bunch of cakes and placed them in my FC. They have not started to pin yet. I cased one half pint jar a couple of weeks ago and the fruits are much bigger then just the cake. Is it to late to crumble and case the ones i just birthed???

Not too late, my last grow after the first flush (pftek) i dunked, and then cased with the 50/50 method, and got unexpectedly good results

You could but if you're not spawning it to a bulk sub like coir or manure you'd be better off leaving them as cakes. Simply casing them will delay pinning even longer and won't have a significant effect on yield.
