Most of the time I would say to throw the tyvek away and get a new piece but you say its part of your multi-use lids, huh?
Silicon cleans just fine as long as there are no crevasses or holes for harboring bacteria but tyvek is a woven plastic material which has plenty of room for bacteria to hide.
I have a huge sheet of tyvek and cut squares to cover the mouth of the jar and put the band and lid over it and use new tyvek everytime.
Is it possible to show what these lids look like?

I use SFDs for my filters. Just take a damp rag & wipe the rubber down on the lid so there's no mycelium on it. Do the same w/ your inoc port. Let dry. Ready to use whenever you're doing another grain run. They get PCed, so everything dies off on them.
I don't recommend reusing tyvek for filters. Toss it out & make up some new squares & silicone those to your lids.
The above reason is another advantage of using SFDs for GE filters. They can be used over and over again w/out a problem & are water proof. Therefore, no reason for foil on the lids of your jars.

If you're using the cheap envelope type tyvek I would definitely replace it after each use.
