I use the stiff felt, but I double that shit up JIC. It's still way cheaper than buying SFD. When it comes to LCs I put in a layer of tyvek over-alls to keep the liquids from soaking the felt.
I don't wash them at all, they get plenty clean in my PC.

Mine didn't cost me a dollar.. I'm in the HVAC trade and got everything to construct that for free. It works amazing I have only had 1-2 contams on petri dish's out of 500+ dish's poured. And that was probably my fault.. Leaning over the dish.

As already mentioned: Fungi Perfecti (scroll down)... Aloha Medicinals' filters have great reviews as well

I use alohas and not only are they cheaper and work damn fine.Everyone should get Alohas filters, they are half the price of anywhere else for double the amount of filters.
I agree with purehash about the easyfelt tek, half of my jars would get contam every time i used it, but there are a many better filters out there to use(tyvek being one).

Are you referring to Aloha Medicinals?

If so, could you post a link, as I am seeing only, well, medicinals there.

Thanks!
