the heat,light thing is un-neccasery bro unless its frezzing and your
ambient room temp is super low. How big of holes did you make?r they covered?

some jars just take time man,i just finished with the Z strain..awesome laid back buzz.

If they are not colonizing at the same rate...  it is probably because of 2 things... :imo:

1. Its a MS injection, and MS is a crapshoot...
2. You packed a few of your jars too tight.  You want the substrate in the jars to be nice and fluffy, even tamping it down on the table to make it settle is too much.  Ive ran in to that a couple times and had it take MONTHS to finish colonizing...
