Super skinny pins in bag Advice needed.

The pins in this bag are super small one is about an inch or so big and the size of a toothpick. From what I have read is this could be caused by lack of fae. Should I cut the top of the bag and most and fan? It's been around 5 days since the first pin appeared and it's about 2 - 2.5 inches tall and the veil is about to tear.
Another note is the substrate isn't one solid piece it was shaken because it stalled and then slightly recovered before it started pinning.
Should I cut fan and mist or leave it alone and let it do it's thing.

I'm new to growing but from what ive read if it isn't fully colonized no, you could risk trich or something yet and it'll ruin your other flushes, otherwise yeah id cut it open, as small caps and stems can be a sign of there being too much Co2, or maybe too dry. I guess if it isn't fully colonized you could try squeezing the air in it out through the filter patch then grab the bag with both hands towards the top and pull some fresh air in, id do that a few times.

I have 6 germinating right now, first grow, you replied to my thread the other day.
So that one pinned prematurely before full colonization? I wonder what one of the experts would say about opening the bag... I don't know.
I read a thread earlier of this guy who had a grow bag with pretty long stems but the pins were as small the stems, but as soon as he opened the bag and aired it out they blew up pretty huge in like a day. Better light intensity too.
I don't know, anyways good luck. You yield pretty good on the other bags or are they pinning?

If its not fully colonized, then dont open it up.
Pins are ok, what has happened is that there is too much open air in the bag. it only need GE to let air OUT of the bag so pressure dont build up inside there and choke the mycelium out.
I would suggest squeezing all the air out of the bag, and rolling it around itself. If you introduce more fresh air, it is going to fruit prematurely, and you will be forced to open it up. Without it being fully colonized you will then be open to contamination.

The other 5 are finishing up their 2nd flush. Had awesome results I don't have a way to measure weight but the bags were stuffed on both flushes the second being a little less. Ill squeeze the air out and inflate. See if it helps. I would wrap it but there's two 4" mushrooms growing and I don't want to ruin them.

This.
Once its fully colonized I would open the bag and increase FAE. But if its pinning prior to full colonization, then there could possibly be an underlying problem too. (Though this is not always the case.)
Ive had cubes grow really well by just sealing the bag up and letting it do its thing.

Conditions and timing could have been better with what happened there, but it still worked out damn fine regardless.

The veil tore on one of the mushrooms the sub still doesn't appear to fully colonized and it's not getting any closer there's about six mushrooms growing all different stages should I open up the bag and pick the one who's veil tore or leave em and wait for the rest to catch up.

I think it's likely that bag is contaminated. Think about it, your other bags had the same conditions and they didn't pin early. I would check for odors and any kind of slimy appearing substrate. The stalling ,the substrate not being able to grow back together, and the early pinning can all be signs of contamination. If it was mold I'm sure you would have noticed it so probably bacteria.

That's what I was thinking was contamination it still smells like mushrooms and smells healthy I'm just going to pick the ones growing that are done or almost done.
