 Im in PANIC! please help! Is the Grow-KIT illegal in UK?   1

Hi!
Is the Grow-KIT illegal in UK?
I ordered a KIT from a NL shop (shayan)
I asked them about it, and let them know, I order in one condition, if it legal in UK...
They sent me back this e-mail:
"we believe those products are legal in the UK"
So, what you think? Is it legal or not?
After I found other sites, and they talk about something else..:-S
and some ppl say there are illegal.
"you should not order spores, grow-kits, anything what has connect with shrooms"
So, what is the truth?
Im in panic now:-S
Please help me, what should i do know?

Im on panic, cos i would not like to get a pack with several policemen:-S
Is it legal in UK or not?
Is anybody have some experiences about it?

im pretty sure those are not legal in the uk. you can buy the spores and substrate but only separately. i believe one of the kits you have bought already contains mycelium which already contains psilocybin and psilocin both of which are classified as class A in the uk. i wouldn't stress about it though, it'll be packaged discreetly and although packages from the netherlands may be scrutinized more thoroughly its highly unlikely you'll be punished by law, you'll more likely receive a note from uk customs in the box saying your a very naughty boy.
anyway dont waste your time with those bloody things get yourself a pressure cooker, some jars, grain and casing and truly immerse yourself in the experience.

And top of it police gonna come, and i'll get a perquisition?
Am I have to expect this, or may I get a punishment fee to pay, cos I was stupid, and oreder sg, what is illegal nowadays?

never buy growboxes or grow bags.
buy legal spores and do the rest yourself.

Technically its not legal.
They can seize it.
chances of them checking your package very very unlikely. I order kilos of quasi legal products from NL and other countries every week and in 4 years only ever had 1 seized and that was from mexico not NL.
All that happens is you get a letter saying they have seized it. :chill:

You will probably get the package without any problem at all. People ship ILLEGAL DRUGS through the mail all the time. stop worrying. The worst is a letter from them saying someone tried to send you something illegal.
You think the queen is going to knock on your door and arrest you or what?

I see, Im a joke now:-)
I just worry cos in my country has really hard rules, and they check every parcels:-S
Even you have to go to the airport to talk with policemen about hawaian baby rose, or anything strange seeds, flowers, etc...
Pll had arrested by 3 pcs seeds, or legal highs.
Seiz, and arrest + perquisition (in home, and girlfriend home + parents home as well!)
My country went crazy about those stuffs:-S
An other forum (in my country) everybody warning me about. (bad experiences)
So, thats why Im so desperate
