Spawn run, consolidation, condensation (pics)

Howdy folks,
I usually don't solicit advice from ya'll trusty hobbyists because all the answers are already in previous posts; and, though this subject has been addressed variously in the past, I'd like to get an updated perspective from those experienced. Of course, I've seen people simply patting the sub with a paper towel, but I'm hesitant to do so, either because I have sand in my vagina or I just hate introducing paper towels into vagina-sensitive-ish areas.
I've never had a problem with condensation before because I keep my lab warm; I didn't do so over the past weeks, and, upon returning, found my monotubs at various states of colonization, all with a good bit of moisture on the surface of the substrate. As you should be able to see in the photos, the subs are various.
My question is, of course: What to do? 1) The most colonized below has been consolidating happily for two weeks, and is now in fruiting conditions. (I will not case that one.)The sub is coir/coffee/verm. Should I simply let it fruit, fanning often, as the moisture evaps and pinning initiates? Or pat the thing? 2) How about the less colonized ones? The second-most colonized is coir/verm. The least colonized sub is coir/coffee/verm. I don't plan on casing these. 3) How about the straw sub? 100% straw. I plan to case this one.
Big-hearted thanks for your experienced opinion.

Just fan to help evap the water droplets

the one thats not colonized 100% should not be in fruiting conditions

I'm not sure why you'd case it, but same thing goes i'd say... Fan well to evaporate the water off the sub, that'll help with pinning

Thanks Slap; what I figured.
And, no, none of the others are in fruiting. I always consolidate for at least a week. Puffy white they must be.
I usually case straight straw because I find it looses a lot of moisture. IME, better yields.
No votes for patting? (I hope not.)

I've never used straight straw yet, so good to know :-)
and no problem bro!
(patting is only needed if you have puddles, and it's not exactly patting as it is letting the tip of a paper towel draw up the water)

By the way, I do keep my lab quite dry; that is,there's very low humidity outside the tubs, so that may be one reason my 100%-straw subs dry out without casing.
One more thing: Given that the less-colonized tubs are not in fruiting, any change in the opinions/input about what I should do about the condensation/moisture? [BTW, I do keep a very clean lab/GR, and my subs are effectively pasteurized, but I'm still worried about this excess moisture leading to cobweb or worse while the tubs are shut.]
Thanks again.
