B+ Amazonian Questions, first timer (pics!)

I have recently decided to try growing Cubensis. I started with B and when it seemed I knew what I was doing with the PF tek, I inoculated 5 PF jars with Amazonian strain. *I am using an apparent 'overkill' method of using tyvek GE port, silicone injection ports and a layer of dry verm* All jars are being incubated in the same place, 6 feet off the ground, darkened closet at 73-74f. Each jar had 4 - 1/4cc injections.
I waited 3 weeks (today) and took these pictures of my few (4) B jars reaching full colonization. Since I am new and have always learned best by doing rather than reading, there are some things I am not sure of.
1. If a jar were to fully colonize with thick white mycelium, are there any contaminations that could be underlying? Hard to spot contam, so to speak.
2. If for some reason due to human error, I didn't spot a contamination (whether or not that is 1/million or not) and birthed/fruited the cake, could the fruits themselves cause harm? or would a contaminated cake even fruit? (I have some learnin' to do)
3. I was reading that Amazonian strain is very fast at colonizing and general growth. I inoculated my jars 7 days ago and am only seeing 2 small dots of mycelium on 2/5 cakes, did I find some skewed info? or are my jars having troubles?
4. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I have read conflicting things in relation to what I have seen from all of my jars thus far. At the point of inoculation, within 2 days of the actual inoculation I see light darkening/discolouration which seems to grow slightly darker over the matter of the next 2-4 days, then I see mycelium start to form. This did happen with my fully colonized jars which appear to be clean (tyvek port smells fresh/clean) I am just wondering, is this normal?

if you birthed contaminated cakes they would not fruit.
if they did the fruit would be fine to eat but they would be seriously stressed looking.
not to mention youd spread all the contamination around your grow area.
best to toss bad jars

1. A fully colonized cake is quite resistant to contams so it is rare for this to happen. 2. If a jar were to get contaminated it would not fruit at all just turn into a dirty mess. 3. There is really no exact timeline when it comes to growing mushrooms just be patient. 4. Moisture from inoculation can discolor the substrate before germination so I think this is the reason, just wait a little longer and you'll know for sure.
And do I ever hate typing this shit on my iPhone!

Also, I must mention, the camera I used is not mine and it was confusing, I had to touch up the pictures a little bit. The dark spots look significantly more sinister in these photos than they do in person.
Also, when I inoculated the B+ BRF cakes, they showed darkening at inoculation site just like the amazonian. I am new to this so I am probably checking them at a time when most people have them stuffed away somewhere for 2-3 weeks before they bother checking them.
Thanks! This site is incredibly helpful, though anymore input would be rad!
