First monotub // inoculation question

Good day kind sirs,
My first grow of cubes was a few year back using PF tek. While it was fun, I found it quite time consuming and would like to try a monotub.
I don't plan on doing multiple tubs as the yield of a single one will suffice me and my friends for a long time. Therefore, I'm not looking for the most efficient technique, but rather the quickest and easiest.
I'm planning on skipping LC. G2G would be an option, but since I don't mind using a whole syringe for a tub, could I juste inoculate multiple spawn jars directly? From my understanding, mycelium exchanges genetics whenever it fuses together. Therefore, multiple jars from the same syringe should be able to fuse together without a problem... but I'd still like to make sure.
Thanks

here's my monotub tek. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/14507008#14507008
You can do a G2G or inoculate all your jars w/ MS from the same syringe or variety of PS.C. Either way, you'll be fine w/ your monotub. Only use 1cc of MS per quart jar.

it'll work fine, each jar though will have it's own genetics, just like separate cakes.
As long as it's cube mycelium, it'll mate with itself and keep growing

Yep,
What they said. TL's monotub protocol is sound; use Damion50/50's simple coir tek.
MS or MS-->G2G. The most common and "quickest and easiest" thing to do is to cover your ass a bit: 1) Multispore 1cc into 12-15+ Qt spawn jars. 2) Select the jar with the most robust myc, and G2G that into 12 other jars 3) With your remaining spawn jars [some will fail, but let's say you have 10 fully colonized] do your spawn run into coir. Then, you have a very high spawn-to-substrate ratio, which will colonize quickly. [RR, old man Agar, and TL, etc. are wonderfully right about this.]
Going for a first-time monotub, this allows you to hedge bets against potential problems. Work clean. Go.
