it does look good, but give it another day or 2 until the veil breaks and you can see the gill, then pick it.

very nice bud,
The big one would be a little early to harvest, I'd let it go a day or two.
grab the base of the fruit & twist. don't pull at it until the connection between the sub and base snap off.
Good luck man! Love will get you far with your mushies.

Yes, mycelium at the base is fine. I would wait to harvest until the cap opens and the veil breaks. If you have access to a scalpel, you can use that to try to cut the mushroom off as close to the base as you can. Alternately, if you have a pair of small, sharp scissors that would work. Even a sharp pocket knife will work. Wipe it down with an alcohol swab first. Some people like to twist and pull the mushroom off, but that has a good chance of pulling off a part of the cake as well as any still growing fruits nearby.

IMHO, they got plenty more to grow, and part of the magic is to see just how fast that happens.
While it might be something strain specific (Golden Teacher by chance?), the mycelium speckled top *might* be due to lack of FAE...I say might because otherwise everything looks fine, and usually the feet would be fuzzier, and they would be much spindlier.

Yeah don't twist and pull if you can avoid it. Cut it with a scalpel or knife. The stump won't rot and you'll be less likely to damage the immature fruits or pins.
Good luck!
