I havent even thought of cooling jars after sterilization before inoculation... from what im seeing on the forums ill be letting them cool over night. my question is regaurding how to store them right after steril. and over night... Can I just leave them sit in my glove box??

You can leave them pretty much anywhere, just dont let dust get on them. If you put foil over the jars leave it on until your ready to use them and if not, rubber band a coffee filter over them. Ive left steril jars for over a week before use and they are still good

leave them in the pot with the lid on. Easy peazy.

Awesome! Thanks for the input guys! I actually did 15 jars and my pot only holds 8 at a time so I couldnt leave them in the pot. I ended up just surran wrapping the holes in my glove box to not let dust in. (it had already been wiped with alcohol) and im just letting the second group of jars steam for 90 and Ill throw them in there as well and take care of innoc tomorrow. Thanks again guys really appreciate it.
Side note: I got an awesome granite style looking pot at walmart with a lid and a riser thingy with holes that keeps the jars about three inches off of the bottom for 24 dollars... I was so stoked because it was EXACTLY what I needed so I wanted to share just in case a beginner sees this post.

I like leaving mine in the pressure cooker for at least 6-8 hours that way I know they are sealed and sterile
