Is it safe to grow in a molding house

Hello,
I have been relocated to a molding room in my house. All other rooms are occupied by other residents. About a 15 foot x 30 foot room area. One side of this room has been leaking during rainy days and the carpet and walls are rotting and molding. The ceiling leaks and there are mold spots as well. We have tried to fix it and we continue to work on it. I inoculated at my gf house and keep my jars in a cabinet which i leave open at interval for gas exchange. My question is: Can i fruit in this high mold room and have success? Or will the mold spores and other bacteria travel through the air while during gas exchange etc., while utilizing a SGFC, will the spores or bacteria in the air effect it? Even if I plan on fruiting a bit of distance away from the mold source? Please give me some feed back. I would think if all else fails i could try outdoor cultivation but it is just so hot and (usually) dry here and I am inexperienced. Any feedback will be much appreciated. Thank you!

Only one way to find out really. If you could get some good ventilation into that room, open windows or whatever it would probably help a lot.

Thanks! Just needed a bit of encouragement. I will give it a try. Definitely will get a fan and keep a window open during the day.

You do know that breathing in mold spores isn't very good for your own health.... You should really get that mold problem fixed!

Yeah, we have worked on it here and there. Each time thinking we had it fixed, areas sealed, but the next hard rain proves otherwise. Just bought a new sealant product that is supposed to be real special along with that probably remove the damaged carpet and so on...so we will see how that goes for this round.

Also use a surgical mask when you go into the room for your protection
