Lighting question

Okay well I searched but it seems like everyone says something different.
What is the true best lighting schedule for pre-pin (when the mycelium is growing) and after you want to start pinning until harvest?
I'll be going to walmart today and I'm not sure what type of light to get or if I even should, a lot of people say fluro, some say "blueish tint" whatever the hell that means, you mean a blue party fluro, or a blue spectrum?
I'll be growing in a corner of my bedroom, which I occupy a lot with a light on, but I have a blanket up in the corner of the room so my grow area has it's own little area so it's pretty dim in there but some light from the other side of the room seeps through slightly, is that enough? I want the best yield.
Last question that I'm confused about is that people say you need to introduce your shrooms to 12/12 lighting to make it start pinning.. Well if that's true then what about the people that use 12/12 all through the grow? Wouldn't they get premature pins? Or will they start pinning a week or two after full colonization regardless of whether you introduce lighting but the lighting just speeds things up and will have higher yields??
Thanks.

6500k light is perfect, it's that simple.

Indirect light is beneficial to colonizing mycelium. Light is a secondary pinning trigger. The number one pinning trigger is evaporating moisture from the surface of your substrate.
You want a 6500K spectrum light bulb for your grow room & colonizing. Floros would be your best option for fruiting & a desk lamp bulb would be fine for colonizing.

Alright well, I'm using a mad season grow bag though, not casing or w/e you call it, so I'm not sure how big of a difference that makes. Will be growing invitro.
