Rye Grain Jar - Help Please

Okay so on 1/27 I inoculated 7 quart mason jars using these exact steps:
Jar Preparation
These are standard (Kerr, I think) quart mason jars. All I've done here is drill about a 1/2" hole in the center of the jar to stuff some polyfill in there for FAE, and then a 1/8" hole a little closer to the edge and filled in with silicon to act as a self-healing inoculation port.
Check it:

Rye Grain Preparation
Rye grain was thoroughly rinsed, soaked for 24hours in a 50/50 coffee/water solution with a dab of lime to fix the pH from the coffee and a bit of gypsum to help the grain not be so sticky. The rye was then brought to a full boil for 5 minutes, and strained to let dry/cool.
Inoculation/Sterilization
Quart mason jars were filled 3/4 full with the rye grain, sealed and sat in a pressure cooker @ 15psi for at least 90 minutes. Hours later, when cooled, I inoculated each jar with about 1.5-2cc of Cambodian multi-spore syringe.
Today 1/31

Now, I know most of you will tell me to just wait and be more patient... but I'm worried that I should see SOMETHING by now, right? Is it possible to have too much FAE? Dry the grains out perhaps? Should I have stored the jars in a shotgun terrarium or something? I'm near the coast so natural humidity isn't really low here.
Also, sorry about the large pic sizes... The shroomery image hosting is temporarily unavailable while they improve our hosting

I personally have had spores take 2+ weeks to show visible growth

yeah, with spores it takes a week or so to see some growth. Get an LC started, 3 days to see myc, 10-15 days for full colonization!

Well.. still waiting on 5 jars to see some growth, but 2 are now showing patches of growth.
I'm going to try my best to not look at them for like a week and see where they go!

Once a clean and healthy jar is done colonizing:
Day 1: beat yo' jar and soak enough grain for six receiving quart jars
Day 2: jar up soaked grain and pressure cook
Day 3: perform G2G transfer from one jar to six
If your PC holds seven quarts, then use the space for sterilizing utensils or for a 7th grain jar for receiving MS, LC, agar wedge, etc.
