Hey guys fairly new to this forum. Salvia D. looks like an amazing plant and the trip looks crazy. I havent been able to find anyway of getting the seeds here in Australia. Is it illegal? Anyone in Australia have a plant? Can i get my hands on some seeds?

If it is legal in ausssie which you can google real quick just say "legal staus of salvia in australia" im pretty sure you can order some from a different country you just cant get cutting through the mail.If you can order it online look for a brand called "pure" and do not smoke black magic salvia good luck. The high is unlike LSD or shrooms or dxm or ketamine or anything ive tried really it launches you into a different dimension

Just looked it up on erowid sorry m8 "On Jun 1, 2002, Australia became the first country to ban the possession of Salvia divinorum. Salvia divinorum and salvinorin A are listed in Australia's strictest schedule, Schedule 9. Although there is some minor variation in state law, the federal controls take precedence. According to Shaman Australis (see Salvia Divinorum legal information), the live plants are also illegal, although there is a chance that seeds are not covered under the current law"

It seems there is uncertainty if the seed itself is illegal under drug laws, so for the sake of the pure hilarity of it I thought it worth mentioning that australian customs has specifically deemed the seeds a legal import under customs laws, no small feat for any plant given AQIS's love of slow and backward bureaucracy.

So its legal to import but you may be arrested for drug possession when the seed is placed in your hand.

Ok for people in Australia there is one reliable outlet for
Salvia cuttings at $5-30 AUD
(MOD EDIT: No source discussion is allowed in the EG. Read the rules if you need clarification.)
they also have cacti but i've never asked about them
there is some law that allows them to freely sell the cuttings in Australia still, although the extract or dry leaf is not sold there
im not advertiseing i just want everyone know there is a place to get this amazing plant.
