Right ON! Just wanted to share this, its so refreshing to see religious people who "get it". Your thoughts?

The bible says a lot of things, one of the main themes that repeats itself over and over is loving others.

True.  But parts of it kind of contradict each other ya know?  I like to see this though.  But these guys would be moral without the bible anyways.

I think a lot of christians have a hard time reconciling the contradictions between the old testament and the new testament, which is weird to me seeing as how (if you go by what the bible says) Jesus's death made most of the old testament "laws" moot.

Does this mean God is gay?

If there was a god, (which I personally doubt) then I would sincerely hope that he/she/it would love EVERYBODY.

To me, and I'm being humble here, a god wouldn't know a "body".  "He" wouldn't even have a gender.  It would just be an entity keeping the laws of physics in motion.  No time to meddle in human affairs, you know, what gender we like to fuck and whatnot...

And what if aliens do exist?  Do they go to hell just because they're not christian?  Sorry... These types of threads jump start the reality check center of my brain.

If god could keep the laws of physics in motion then why couldn't he intervene with humanity?

Why would he care in the grand scale of things?  There's way more going on out in the universe than what's here on this tiny atom of a pebble on a grain of sand on this vast ocean of existence.

With things like galaxies being formed, stars dying, etc, it seems trivial for a god to care if a man likes to fuck other men.  Hell, the whole concept is of human origin.

I mean I do appreciate what the christians in the OP are doing, but it's going against their religion.  So can they really call themselves christian?

Maybe god cares about us for some reason.  I doubt it but it's a possibility if god does indeed exist.
