PF tek is really hard to detect the issue (IF NOT CONTAMINATED). i also had a pf tek grow that went wrong but it wasn't contaminated and i opened a thread to find help ... after 6 pages of arguing i didnt figure out why it went wrong.
Post some pictures of your cakes and your grow room it "might" help us help you.

You guys failed to asked how long was it in the FC for?
Fruiting can take a couple weeks or so in some cases. Be patient.
Otherwise, we indeed do have a mystery on our hands gang.

No that wouldn't be the issue.
I like anywhere 85%+.
If this is your 1st grow, how do you know if the cakes (or your procedure) are fine? If you insist that they are fine, just wait it out a bit more. Try to fan some more too.

This
Also "2 different strains" is not useful.
Moving on....

What kind of light temp bulb are you using? What is your lighting schedule? Indirect sun light a few hrs a day, helps dramatically with pinning problems.

Make sure you got some air holes. It's not just to remove CO2, you want the moisture to be able to evaporate between misting. It can't do that very well if the container is sealed with no air holes and that evaporation is a huge pinning trigger. People tend to worry so much about humidity they don't realize how important fresh air exchange is.
