I would say no. Either it would kill the experiance or would make it extreamely intense. I forget if Zoloft is an MAOI or SSRI. Check erowid.

i used to take zoloft. i had no problems while tripping. i think you should look into it more though

Generally my opinion is if someone is having some sort of issues big enough to require ssri meds. They should not be doing psychadelics, but do as you wish.

Zoloft is prescribed for a range conditions, so the question would be what's up with the person and how badly off they are.

It won't decrease the Shroom trip. Just make sure you are in a good mood when you do it.
