Shit I skipped mine today too, we got a dumping of snow so I figured I'd hang out with the gf cuz her class was cancelled. Tomorrow after class I'm hitting the gym hard, squats, shoulders and chest, then off to work graveyard! Been eating great until I get bored, then it's junk food and carbs. Hoping tomorrow is easier than the past 2 workouts.

I had a tough couple days of Overtime that left me feeling tired Friday, but i came home, hung out for a bit and re-energized with the PWO supplement.

Ended up having a killer workout, switched things up a bit, and realized i need to develop a few different warm up's to keep things from stagnating.

I essentially did a shoulder workout in the warm up and then hack squats and DL.

Did a 5x5 DL set, maxing out at 330#, strong with good form.

I was pretty surprised at that, because 290# was giving me a run for my money last week.

Overall strong workout - definitely seeing results, which is keeping me motivated.

I am moving in March and my gym space is going to be compromised by an extremely low ceiling. :S - Not sure what i am going to do.

Luckily i will be living 1 block from a community center..

Took an extra day off, gonna go in today and hit 4x9x305, kinda dreading it. Gonna soak in Epsom salts tonight and drink some beta alanine, hopefully help with my lethargy.

Not gonna be able to lift for a bit, back got messed up cuz of a fucking car accident caused by a deer so I'm just using my muscle stimulator to try to keep from any catabolism, I'm paranoid about losin gains

Probably gonna have to stick to arm workouts I suppose.

Fuck man, I got hit by a deer last month, messed up my car but luckily wasn't injured.  Living in the south sucks!  Wish you a speedy recovery, and yeah I guess you can always do really light preachers or leg extensions /leg press if it doesnt hurt your back.

I'd honestly recommend you take time off and stretch a lot (upper back only!) and do something like yoga. Back injuries are not good, and reinjury risks go way up if you don't allow yourself to heal fully. Better to lose gains than lose the ability to lift heavy all together. Muscle memory comes back quick, and even if you took a month or two off it shouldn't take longer than a few weeks to get back to where you were. Gaining from there may take a little longer, but like I said, better to still be able to gain than not being able to lift heavy.

I'm gonna be a week behind on Sunday. Fucking school and work screwed up my schedule, gonna go Sunday morning. Gotta do my 325x5x7, kinda dreading it. My back spasms have gone away though so it should be nice. My legs are getting ridiculously defined, now if I can just get rid of my guy fat lol. Should be on track for 550, gonna test my 1RM in a month's time, then change it up and get going again!

I fucking fell off the boat... Been pretty deep in the needle the past week.  Going to to give it a break for a while.  Letting my veins heal for a few days.  Then back to the gym.  I want to get back into this seriously.  I have gotten up to 250 lbs about.  I have lost a bit of size as expected...  I have some amazing motivation to get back into the swing of things.  Should be a productive next 3 months...

Motivation other than getting locked back up? Sorry if that comes off as rude, but dude, you just had a scare with that whole thing. Fuck the opiates man, I've known too many people who've died either cuz they got an extended release oxy, or took a break then went back to it, or got more potent shit than they were used to. My ex's cousin died cuz he'd lost like 10# and kept the dose the same. Your body changes and it risky as shit man, not to mention imprisonment.

I did my 5x7 at 345 this morning, and fuck me in the shithole it sucked. I about passed smooth out on my last set. I took too long off, so I'm a little behind, but I'll catch up quick!
