Problem with my leonotis nepetafolia...

I have this problem with my leonotis nepetafolia... the leaves are all curled and drooping down, and the bottom ones are getting white and falling off.. at first I thought it could be a overwatering problem, so I stopped watering it for a while, watering only when the soil was really dry... nothing changed... it can't be a overfertilizing prob, cos I haven't fiertilized it yet (it's a young plant..) and it can't be a underfertilizing prob, as I repoted it not long ago... It's only 3 weeks old... I thought it might be a problem with too much sun, but I know leonotis species love the sun... what is her problem?? can anyone help??

Mine did the same damn thing for the entire year last year... I couldn't figure it out for the life of me. The tips would eventually turn black and start to die off. I think it MIGHT have been some type of parasite like leaf hoppers. I also thought it was over watering... but the problem never really fixed it's self after I slowed down on the watering... Damned if I know man.

I'll try to find some pics that I took last here and I'll post them so maybe someone can help you out. My plant is dead now(died over the winter), no use in helping me, but maybe they'll figure things out for ya :smile:

i have seen dagga over 6 feet tall. weird to think they have trouble growing. anyway that strange hope someone helps

Thanx GD... Yep, I think it's the same problem... I noticed a few greenflies, but they disappeared.... I hope the plant will grow better...
