i have a housemate that seems to have only one game he plays, which is to get laid by several new partners a day. he collects social security income for some type of seizures that i've never witnessed him have. he stays home and watches soaps and uses the internet to search out new sex partners all day and every day.
he is totally good for nothing, he can't do anything for himself, he is a total professional invalid. he has no friends, no social life, and none of his one night stands ever return for seconds. his life seems to loop itself over every day and his wits are so incredibly dull. he is glued to the basement of all possibilities.
can any of you share any experiences where you helped somebody get off their ass and do something with their life?
i've hinted towards him with all the concerts, festivals, social functions, parties, arts and crafts, books, and music that i'm excited and involved with, but to no avail.
i'm going to have to kick him out of the houseif he can't make a life for himself.
you just can't be 28 years old and not have developed an ego, it's down right creepy.

Everything is better than it was the last time.  I'm good.

If we could look into each others hearts, and understand the unique challenges each of us faces, I think we would treat each other much more gently, with more love, patience, tolerance, and care.

It takes a lot of courage to go out there and radiate your essence.

I know you scared, you should ask us if we scared too.  If you was there, and we just knew you cared too.

well, there's the obvious answer, give him mushrooms..... if they don't work try acid then x.

if this doesn't work, explain to him that he could get alot more pussy (not from nasty internet sluts) if he got in shape. go running with him.

The ultimate meaning of our being can only be fulfilled in the paradoxical leap beyond the tragic-demonic frustration. It is a leap from our side, but it is the self-surrendering presence of the Ground of Being from the other side.

Its up to him dude.

All you can do is express your observations of extreme laziness..

He's the only one who can change him.

Insert an "I think" mentally in front of eveything I say that seems sketchy, because I certainly don't KNOW much. Also; feel free to yell at me.

True. Nobody can change himself but himself.

As long as he pays the rent he shouldn't have to leave. Unless he is somehow disruptive of you or neglectful of chores or whatever.

What if everything around you
Isn't quite as it seems?
What if all the world you think you know,
Is an elaborate dream?
And if you look at your reflection,
Is it all you want it to be?
