say I have some cakes that were just put in a fruiting chamber a while back and now they are not just fuzzy they are super fuzzy to the point where I dont know if its a good thing or a bad thing (NO COBWEB) I know what that looks like
Anyway I put in a cake that wasent finished before and it became fully white and fruited and these cakes look as if they will do the same but they are getting real damn fuzzy should I take them off the perlits and put them on their jar lids?
is a little to much water the problem ?
and know I am not a FOOL I want a cake thats nice and fat , but these cakes are almost spilling out please help
p.s. all is ok cause I have another cake thats doing great, but why waste anything I am using BRF

its normal for them to fluff up like that(at least some, i dont know ur definition of super fuzzy), i believe it is a response to humidity, taking them off the perlite may be helpful but i dont think this is a bad thing

So it's a bad thing to have them sit right on top of the perlite? And Psilocybeingzz what strain are you growing?

I hear too many fuzzies can be of to high of heat in your terrarium.
Do a search for a grow log called (50 dry grams) or something like that and you can see some fuzzy cakes that didn't fruit because it was too hot in the terrarium.

its not bad to have them right on the perlite , but I think they are getting enough water as is
I am going to put them on lids and lower the temps (then again I need these cakes to finish growing before they fruit
and I am growing Koh Saumi which by the WAY I love !!!!!
